Question 1

Are you just another person for me to manage?

Accepted Answer

No. That's the whole point. You don't hand me a task list and check up on it. I run your operations myself, keep your team's work moving, and make sure everything else gets done properly. You get fewer things waiting on you, not more.

Question 2

Where are you based?

Accepted Answer

The north of Scotland. I work fully remotely with UK based clients.

Question 3

Which platforms do you work in?

Accepted Answer

Over 40 of them. OzzyOS and GoHighLevel for platform builds, plus Zapier, Asana, Airtable, HubSpot, ClickFunnels, Monday.com, Notion, Trello, Mailchimp, MailerLite, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, Stripe, WordPress, Wix, Canva and more.

Question 4

What is OzzyOS?

Accepted Answer

OzzyOS puts your CRM, funnels, calendars, email and payments in one place, so you're not paying for five apps that don't talk to each other.

Question 5

Can you build something and hand it over to me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I do one off builds handed back to you, with a lesson on running it if you want one.

Question 6

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Know what you need? Pick a package and pay online. I'll be in touch to book your onboarding. Not sure yet? Book a call.

Question 7

What if the package I choose isn't right for me?

Accepted Answer

Then I'll tell you. I run a business and I'm out here to make money, but not by screwing anybody over. If a package isn't right for you, I'll say so and we'll find the one that is. And if what you need isn't something I do, I'll use my network to point you to someone who does.

Question 8

Do I pay for builds upfront?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The builds I do take time and carved out time, no multi tasking over here. For this reason payment is required upfront to secure my time and protect your build.

Question 9

Can I just book hours?

Accepted Answer

Yes. £40/hr, with a 1 hour/month minimum, paid in advance. Monthly packages are sold on what I look after, not hours.

Question 10

Can I get Business Management?

Accepted Answer

It's currently sold out. You can join the waiting list on the packages page.

Question 11

Do you create social media content?

Accepted Answer

No. My social media package is engagement only: DMs, comments, audience engagement, network growth and spam removal, twice daily Monday to Friday. You create the content. I'm teaming up with a social media content creator for the perfect hybrid package, content and engagement together. Interested? Join the waitlist.
